Emily

Emily is a woman in her thirties. She works in the recruitment industry for corporations in London. Although it is a predominately male field, she is quite successful at her job and is in high demand. She recently switched to the field after going through a series of phases in which she tried out different careers, including hairdresser and shoe salesman, in the hopes of finding one that would fit her perfectly.

She has a supporting and loving family who she enjoys spending time with. She lives with one of her best friends, Pippa, and spends most of her free time hanging out with her other best friend, Seb. She used to have another best friend, Charlotte, who she had been friends with since grade school. But Charlotte had slept with Emily’s long-term boyfriend, Tom, and broken her heart.
