Gabriel Allon

Gabriel Allon is the protagonist of the novel and the head of Israeli Intelligence. A long-standing hero in a series of spy novels by Daniel Silva, Gabriel is competent, intelligent, and artistically inclined. He also has a deep mistrust of anything Russian after a long, ongoing conflict with the KGB and then the SVR. Gabriel is one of Israel's most prominent public figures. He comes under international fire after Konstantin Kirov's death in Vienna.
