Summary
In “Camille,” when Sadie was not at home, Will took Camille to his house. One day Will caught Camille looking at his and Sadie’s wedding picture. She remembers telling him that his wife was pretty, but she was thinking that Sadie was just ordinary. Before they had sex in Will and Sadie’s bed, Camille asked if he thought Sadie would mind. Will said that he hoped she would. Camille notes that Will was a philanderer and had never really believed he would get married. Sadie kept a tight rein on him, just like she had tried to keep Camille under control when they lived together.
