Summary
Jeremy prepares a romantic dinner for Nora before she comes over to her house. As they are eating, Fierro arrives: Jeremy had forgotten that they had scheduled time at the shooting range. Nora insists that they go together, and leaves. At the range, Jeremy recalls how he had nearly died in Iraq due to the actions of a negligent officer. Afterwards, he returns to Nora’s cabin, where she plays him one of her newest compositions off her computer.
Anderson feels terrible about the car accident, which causes him to remember an accident from the seventies where an employee at his alley lost some of their toes. Anderson bemoans how his quiet hometown has gotten so much louder.
