Summary

Chapter 6 sees Felix introducing Martin to his organic Internet, which is basically just a series of things written on wooden blocks that are connected together by strings. Martin reads on the Xibalba page that Kelvin Rice was the founder of Xibalba. It says that Kelvin was “banished for two months” in the days “following the Collapse” (63). Henry comes into the room, interrupting Martin’s reading.

In chapter 7, Darla and Henry have entered the internet room, and Henry has a rifle with him. Martin, under the impression that Henry has to use the gun at some point, punches him in the face, takes the gun, and fires all its ammo into the ceiling. Darla chastises him, and Martin says he was just doing what he thought he had to do to keep them safe. Afterwards, Darla goes into Kelvin’s page and takes a...
