Summary

Chapter 31 picks up with the meeting involving Letty, Vikki, and Joe. Vikki agrees that Evan does not want Maya back because he loves her, but believes he sees her as “an asset.” Letty does not understand why Vikki cannot simply arrest Evan for trying to have Letty killed.
