Part 4, Crazy Eddie Answers: Chapter 52, Options Summary

A full meeting of the Commission is called, initially without the Moties present. The team is debating the extent and frequency of war on Mote Prime in conjunction with the birth rate of the aliens. Two scientists insist there have been a few extensive wars in ancient history of the planet. One war reduced the planet to little competition for space or survival with resulting rampant, simultaneous mutation. Another significant war using atomics seems to have created the mutations that splintered into the various subspecies. Combined with the rise of the White/Master class which then controlled breeding for their own purposes, a caste system evolved.
