Summary

In Chapter 10, one day, Miriam pointed out a statue near the Infinity. The statue appeared to be of a Yemeni man drinking a cup of coffee. Mokhtar began to research coffee, and he discovered that its earliest origins appeared to be in Yemen, possibly in a Yemeni port city called Mokha. However, due to relatively recent sociopolitical destabilizations, Yemeni coffee had become more scarce and inconsistent. In Chapter 11, Mokhtar became highly interested in Yemeni coffee and began to form a business plan around reviving the production and export of high-quality Yemeni coffee. In Chapter 12, Mokhtar decided to meet with Ghassan Toukan, the man who had once tutored Mokhtar and had advised him to study and work hard in order to improve personal prospects for the future.
