Summary

Graciela tells Jess that it seems like Lock wants to be kicked out of school. She uses her gift to tell the happy hour crowd what type of pastries they want and realizes that her magic is only coming back when she helps Lock because she is now responsible for him.

She heads back home from the bakery and helps her mother prepare dinner. Her mother received a call from the school about Graciela’s behavior, but she is not angry with her daughter.

At school the next morning, Victoria warns Graciela to stay away from Lock. She tells Graciela that he is just going to drag her down.
