Summary
At the Jannat Guest House, Tilo teaches classes in arithmetic, drawing, computer graphics, and “eccentricity” (403). Ustad Hameed begins giving singing lessons again. Together, Zainab and Saddam turn the graveyard into “a Noah’s ark of injured animals” (405). Anjum decides to build a swimming pool without water.
