Part Three, The Midnight Club, Chapters 59-66 Summary
A man gets off a private jet at Kennedy airport and is met by Jimmy Burke, Parker's surviving partner. The man is St.-Germain, remarkably in good health despite his death the week before. Burke tells St.-Germain about the events of the past week, all which St.-Germain sees as favorable except for the survival of Parker. Parker was supposed to be killed. St.-Germain then goes to his private yacht where he meets with two Columbian drug lords, sons of one of the men killed in Atlantic City. St.-Germain listens to them talk about the future and realizes they are not the kind of men he wants in the Midnight Club any longer. St.-Germain shoots them.
