Summary

In Chapter 5, Claire insists on staying with Iris until her parents arrive. Iris turns on news coverage of the crash, but Claire mutes it when it causes Iris to get physically sick. She wonders aloud to Claire how Will was on a plane going to Seattle if his conference was in Orlando. Iris remembers Jessica, Will’s assistant. But, when Iris calls her, Jessica tells Iris she thought Iris and Will were on vacation in Mexico. Jessica also says there is no conference in Orlando of which she is aware. When Jessica looks at the flights Will has recently booked, she sees that he was booked on the Liberty Airlines flight. However, he had also bought a Delta ticket to Orlando. A distraught Iris calls Delta, and the airline's representative tells her that Will did not check in for the flight to Orlando...
