Summary

Chapter 17

Percy tells the others what he learned and they agree to search Charleston for the map that will lead to the Mark of Athena. They manage to narrow it down to two possible locations. One of them is at the Battery, and another is a museum (both in Charleston), They decide that they will split up when they get there. The girls will seek out a ghost supposed living in the Battery (a park), and the boys will go to the museum. For the time being though, they have to worry about throwing off the Romans who are still pursuing them. Leo says that he has a plan for that and everyone goes back to their rooms.
