Peer Pressure, Chapters 20-22 Summary
In Chapter 20, as Theo tries to escape, he knocks his chair over and ends up with his face in the dirt. Instead of more appropriate responses, he thinks about having sex with Molly. Just then, Molly comes into the shed. She asks Theo where his keys are and retrieves them from the smashed Volvo. She leaves the keys where Theo can unlock himself and leaves. Theo eventually gets free, worrying whether his inappropriate lust is brought on by the bondage or death threats. He cannot find Joseph, Molly or the trailer. He sees the strange animal tracks that he had seen the night of the fire. He borrows Joseph's truck to follow the animal track trail.
