Chapters 11-15 Summary

More people arrive for the meeting that Marcus has called. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the shapeshifters to Anita. Marcus believes Anita can help them. An argument takes place when Marcus states that he speaks for Anita. Blake objects, stating that she is not a pack member and speaks for herself. Alfred comes forward and grabs her by the throat. Goaded by another pack member, Marcus orders Alfred to release Anita. Blake pulls her Firestar and stands with her back against the wall. Raina suggests that Alfred be the one to disarm Anita, as he failed to find the Firestar when he searched her, and Marcus orders him to do so.
