Summary

In Chapter 5, Tsunami is certain Riptide is not much older than her age. She is surprised that he has scars. She finds herself attracted to him as he questions them. He predicts “Queen Coral would kill any dragon she found working with the Talons” (51). Riptide mentions Webs, saying everyone knows about him though Queen Blister has forbidden the SeaWings from talking about the Talons of Peace or the dragonets of destiny. Starflight stammers out his belief that they will support Blister but stops when Tsunami stares at him. Glory says she is not certain any of them are interested in the prophecy at this point, but that they want to find their families. Tsunami says she is the missing princess.
