Blue

Blue is a SilkWing dragon. Luna is his sister, Burnet is his mother, and Swordtail is his best friend. His father is Admiral but Blue has never met him until authorities capture Luna. On Luna's Metamorphosis day, Blue discovers Admiral is a flamesilk, a dragon who can produce flaming silk that is used in the light fixtures all over the land. When Luna is taken into custody, Blue's friend Io helps him run away. Blue's first instinct is always to obey those in authority but he finds himself running instead of obeying the soldiers' commands to stop. Blue spends time over the next few days trying to figure out a way to escape this nightmare of disobeying the rules because he wants his life to return to normal. The problem is, Blue is changed by these events and he comes to accept that he could never again accept...
