Summary
Africo Madrid, the minister of the interior, and President Lobo were ecstatic that the Lost City of the Monkey God might have been found. They believed that the hand of God was at work, as Mabel Heinicke had met Lobo in church. After it had mapped T3, the lidar had finished its work, and Juan Carlos and Elkins presented their findings to date at a press conference that was televised to the nation.
Archeologists greeted the news with skepticism, however.
