Part 2: Chapters 19-24 Summary

In Chapter 19, four years later, a rebel group that calls itself Alyssians for Alyss, has grown and begun attacking some of Redd's outposts, including the labor camp Blaxik. One of the fiercest fighters among the Alyssians is Dodge Anders. Redd rules Wonderland from a fortress on Mount Isolation, where she is outraged to learn of the Alyssians' success at Blaxik. After the battle, Dodge and rook walk through the ruins of Wondertropolis, aware of the changes that have taken place since Redd's rise to the queendom.

In Chapter 20, Hatter has left Paris and travels around the world in search of Alyss. In Monaco, Hatter finds his top hat in a puddle that should not have existed. Hatter suspects this puddle is a portal to the Pool of Tears.
