Prologue and Part 1: Chapters 1-6 Summary
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is a work of fiction by author Lewis Carroll. The author of this novel, Frank Beddor, takes Carroll's novel and gives it a new twist, suggesting the ideas that lead to the creation of such a fantastic noel were actually based on truth.
In the Prologue, Alyss becomes angry when she reads the rhyme meant to introduce the book her friend, Reverend Charles Dodgson, has written based on her memories of Wonderland. Alyss realizes that Dodgson did not believe her any more than anyone else and her hopes that his book would finally redeem her have been crushed.
