Chapter 12: Abuse, Parts One and Two Summary and Analysis
The album hadn't sold that well so the label was excited when the band was asked to join Danzing's Spring 1995 tour as an opening act. Perhaps that would drum up interest in the album. The first appearance didn't go well. Manson was hit with a glass bottle and suffered multiple cuts. Missiles continued to be tossed at the band and in a rage, Manson took the broken glass bottle and plunged it into his stomach. In subsequent appearances, the music was abandoned for the freak show Manson and his band put on. During this tour, Manson met Tony Wiggins, the tour bus driver. Wiggins turned out to be a depraved cocaine addict that liked to bring everyone down with him.
Oddly, he and Manson decided to stop humiliating and debasing women...
