Summary

Chapter 1 is from Adalyn's perspective. Adalyn Reyes is watching a video with her father, Andrew Underwood, who is the CEO of the Miami Flames soccer franchise. The third man in a meeting is David. Adalyn and David had been dating until recently. The video shows Adalyn walking up to Paul who was wearing the mascot costume. She had hit him so hard that the head of the costume fell to the ground.
