Gavin
Gavin is a newspaper reporter who considers himself born in the wrong era. He’s fond of his fedora, trench coat, and camera. He played the trumpet when he was in The Lola Quartet, but went to journalism school, taking a job at the New York Star. After a series of layoffs at the newspaper, Gavin feels pressure to up his game. He becomes distracted after Eilo shows him the picture of Chloe, which leads to his first fabrication in one of his stories. He continues to make up quotes and source names, ultimately leading to the loss of his job.
Eventually he loses his apartment and moves back to Florida. He moves in with his sister Eilo and begins to work for her. He also starts looking into what happened to Anna after she disappeared. He tracks down the other members of The Lola Quartet to piece...
