Christina Stalinsky

Christina was not yet born when her mother fled her cruel father. Born in Boston, Christina was just months old when her mother then fled Boston, joining a wagon trail headed west. When her father caught up with them, Christina's mother again fled, leading to the meeting of Christina's mother and Merry. Christina spends the next months in a mountain cabin with Merry and Jessica looking over her and Merry's son. When Jessica is killed, Christina is taken in by Merry. There are few other details of her life among the Dakota Indians, but she was loved and cherished and taught for her future life with the English.
