Summary
Chapter 16 begins soon after Lucy’s birthday, and Gabe begins a new class with a man called Pete and appears very happy. He sells his photographs and seems content with his work which makes Lucy think that maybe he could be happy staying in New York. One night when Lucy comes home from work, Gabe has made dinner for them and tells her that he is getting his photograph printed in the New York Times. Lucy tells him Gabe that she had been tasked with coming up with ideas for the next season of It Takes a Galaxy, and he helps her to brainstorm. After seeing one of his photos of a girl clutching the window bars of an apartment, they decide that a good episode theme would be ‘dreams’. The chapter ends with Lucy saying how the dreams episode was the one...
