When Roland and Michael first met in Freetown, Sierra Leone, ten years before, Roland was with the NATO NIIA – NATO Intelligence Interoperability Architecture. Even though it was an intelligence-gathering agency, Roland was not officially a spy.

Uranium

The story focuses around the sale of enriched uranium. NATO and American intelligence is trying to hunt down those involved in these nefarious dealings and stop them in their tracks.
