Summary
Roland writes to Tina that he’s sorry he involved her. She’ll probably be hearing from the boys in Sec 4. He tells her to remind the Sec 4 boys that she works for the U.S. not NATO. An American with the NIIA is flown in by helicopter. He wants to talk to Roland, but Roland refuses to talk to him. A sergeant interrogates him about his messages to his superiors.
