Summary
In Chapter 32, Mindy brings dinner to the cabin and tells Emma she has been ordered to spend the night with her. Mindy tells Emma that she does not think Emma had anything to do with their disappearances.
In Chapter 33, after Mindy is asleep, Emma sneaks out of Dogwood through the window when Marc sends her a text asking her to call him.
Marc has been researching Peaceful Valley and says that something strange happened in 1904. A brother to one of the women who was taken to live at Peaceful Valley came looking for her. The brother was unable to find the physical location of the asylum. It appeared it had vanished.
One of the pictures Marc sent Emma shows the stone wall and ornate archway that stands over the road to Camp Nightingale. Emma realizes the asylum was on camp property. Emma...
