Chapters 28 - 30 Summary

The morning arrives for D.Q. to transfer from Casa Esperanza to Helen's house. He's not looking forward to the transition, but he puts on a brave face for the other patients. Josie takes the move particularly hard, weeping and wailing when Pancho tries to say goodbye. She's just received amazing news, that her cancer is in remission, but she doesn't think she can celebrate without Pancho. Seeing Josie cry floods with Pancho with emotion.
