An Lung

An Lung is the name of the city in Mangkon where Sai lives and works. The city is crowded with a strict social hierarchy. Paiyoon's map shop is one of the many businesses in An Lung.

The Fens

The Fens is the poor neighborhood where Sai lives. The neighborhood is in a swampy area where only the poorest families live. There is a lot of crime here, and Sai is desperate to keep her money hidden from the many people who would steal it. Sai lives with her father and his friend in a cramped apartment.

The Sunderlands
