Part 1, Chapter 16 Summary

The next day, the prosecution presented the bloody white shirt that Danny was wearing when he was arrested. However, the investigator that presented the testimony was known to be incompetent and was hammered by the defense. At noon, Willie met Ginger and they had lunch together. During the afternoon testimony, the prosecution presented Mr. Deece as his last witness. His testimony was intensely upsetting.
