Who was Marguerite? Why was she a suitable wife for Jean? What was her one downside?

Marguerite was the daughter of a wealthy man, meaning she had a sizeable dowry. She was also beautiful when judged on the important factors of the time. She was considered virtuous and chaste, and she was young enough that she was likely to be able to produce an heir for Jean. The only negative to her character was that her father had twice been found guilty of treason. While Marguerite had nothing to do with her father's decisions or actions, she was known as the daughter of a traitor. That carried some fallout, including making Jean's life at court more difficult. Jean's mother disapproved of the marriage because of that fact.

In her heart, Jean was a warrior. List a situation in which this is a positive trait and a situation where it is a negative.
