Chapter Thirteen Summary
Tirian thinks that he is inside a little thatched stable, but they are on grass and under the deep blue sky. There is a grove of thickly leaved trees and the fruit makes him feel like it was autumn, but something in the air tells him that it cannot be any later than June.
Peter offers him the fruit from the trees.
Eustace asks King Peter about how they got here. Peter says that there is not much to tell and discusses the train and how it is coming around the bend too quickly.
