Summary
Chapter 31 returns to Rain's perspective, and the group meets with Little about the information he has uncovered. Little had stopped by the Justice Department to check and see if there were any reports on child-pornography charges against a secret agent. The person in records told Little that he was the second person to ask about that, and the first person was J. J. Arrington - the man who leads the FBI's Criminal Investigative Division. He reveals that Arrington and Graham were on the same SEAL team.
Chapter 32 continues with Rain, who makes a phone call to Tom Kanezaki. Rain tells him they think Arrington is the brains behind the operation, and Kanezaki knows a lot about him.
