Summary

In Chapter 46, as Avery and Jameson walked to the brook, Avery commented she had talked to Rebecca. Jameson explained that Rebecca was the sister who was supposed to make good decisions. Emily, however, just wanted to have fun. She had been born with a congenital heart condition and her parents were overprotective. When she received a heart transplant at 13, she just wanted to live. Jameson said that he and Emily had done lots of things together. He had thought they were the same sort of people, but then Grayson happened. When Avery asked what he meant, Jameson told her they were going to play a game. He was going to tell her one truth and two lies about his life. She had to decide which was which.
