Chapter 15- 18 Summary

Chapter fifteen begins with the sixteenth day since the Lords Council left Revelstone and they arrive at Loresraat. Once in the Loresraat community they hold a council to tell those in Loresraat the news of Lord Fouls' army and Troy's battle plans. Troy is confused and angered that Covenant seems to be honored above High Lord Elena but says nothing. While they are in council Troy notices a shimmering around Covenant although no one else notices it. Troy stands and tries to look like he is casually walking when he suddenly jumps towards the shimmering. Once he has caught it, it begins to laugh and Amok appears. Amok explains that he has realized the peril that the Land is in and because Thomas Covenant wields the wild magic of the white gold Amok has decided to return. Amok answers in riddles...
