Meteorite

Masangkay finds an exceptionally large meteorite on an isolated island off the coast of Chile. This meteorite is red, has an extremely high density, and is of a material man has never seen before. McFarlane believes it is from somewhere outside our own solar system.

Jacks

EES uses more than three hundred jacks to lift the meteorite out of the hole it has been in since it landed on earth. At first the team used too few and a section of them failed, causing the deaths of Rochefort and Evans.

Storage Containers

Eli has placed a number of old appearing containers on the deck of the Rolvaag that are meant to appear to be carrying materials for mining. However, these containers really contain equipment and labs for recovering the meteorite.
