Sid Vicious

Sid Vicious is used as the symbol of what, after meeting Jared, Sebastian would like to become. Prior to meeting Jared, Sebastian had no idea such a person existed, and began admiring him after learning that he was a rock star who could not play his instrument or read music.

The Geodesic Dome

The Geodesic Dome in which Sebastian lives symbolizes Bucky's utopian future. After Nana's stroke, she decides to paint the dome like a globe. As Nana becomes more and more distraught, the globe becomes completed, until she realizes that Bucky's future will not be initiated by Sebastian. However, to Nana, the dome represents the future that she wishes for.
