Talat's Tackle

Aerin modifies Talat's tackle, discarding the bit and reins while changing the saddle so that Talat can feel Aerin's knees giving direction.

Kenet

Kenet is the ointment Aerin discovers in the back of a book that repels dragonfire. Aerin also uses it to treat burns.

Surka

Surka is a plant that grows in Damar. It is believed that small amounts of surka can give people of royal blood visions. However, large amounts can be fatal. Aerin eats a large amount of surka when Galanna goads her into it in order to prove she is of royal blood.

Bloodstone

After slaying Maur, Aerin finds a red stone under his body. Aerin later learns this stone is the fatal drop of blood from the dragon and that it has incredible powers.
