Chapter 18 Summary and Analysis
In Chapter 18: The Third Witness, with the only clue being the third witness, Nouriel returns to the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. since that is where the first two witnesses had been revealed, and he finds the prophet already waiting for him. Seven years after 9/11, the vow was undone with the economic collapse as the government decided to allow Lehman Brothers to fall. It happened on 9/12/08, the seventh anniversary of the vow proclamation. The Bible states that a matter can be established by the mouth of two or three witnesses, and the third witness confirms the connection of the ancient prophecy to 9/11.
