Chapters 13 & 14 Summary and Analysis

In Chapter 13: The Ninth Harbinger: The Prophecy, the prophet leads Nouriel to the reflecting pool and explains that the Ninth Harbinger is the manifestation of Isaiah 9:10 in the form of prophecy as the nation responds to calamity with a vow that sets them on a course of defiance which leads to judgment. The prophetic word was given in the wake of 9/11 as the next day, the U. S. Senate and House of Representatives convened to respond to the attack at Ground Zero.
