Summary

In Chapter 10, the police officers came to the house again. They explained that Tripp had help disappearing. He was working with a man named Mark Duro whose identification card they found at a PO box. When they showed Malcolm the license, the photo was a picture of Roddy in a button-down shirt. Malcolm “made his face a blank” and asserted that he did not recognize Mark Duro (242). When the police left, Malcolm drove to Roddy’s apartment.
