Chapter 9 Summary and Analysis
The memo, entitled The God Memorandum, was written to you from God. It began with an assurance that God heard mankind's cries and had not forsaken him. God told mankind he knew what he cried for. However, God told mankind that his cries are unnecessary. God pointed out that mankind was created above all else, that God implanted the seeds of dreams in his head at birth. God told mankind to move above the past, that the past was dead and now He had come to raise them into the world of the living.
