Summary

Chapter 29 begins as Cal wanders through another astronaut party, wary of celebrating anything too soon. Grace wags her finger at Cal above the champagne bottles warning that she is keeping track of them, and Cal realizes she has no idea about the bottles they have stolen in the past. Mara Bannon hugs Cal and thanks him for his videos, and says she is appalled by how StarWatch treated him. Cal thanks his Mom for the suggestion of pulling in the NASA communications team and the code, and she says it was all Kat. They turn and see Donna and Todd in the doorway like they know something. They lift the record needle to stop the music and say the board has just voted to keep the project on, after they showed Cal’s videos which have reached over 25 million views. Rep. Ali...
