Summary

Chapter 23 begins as Cal wakes up and looks at his phone. No one has gotten in touch, and his comments on his FlashFame are all about the StarWatch expose (accent on the last e). Cal’s dad walks in and says he thinks the launch will be cancelled. They are making big cuts to the program, and it is likely they will go back to Brooklyn soon. His dad says he is proud of him, he just wishes they could see the mission through. Cal decides to go over to Leon’s house to talk, calling Kat first to tell her, and gets dressed but again does not put on the John Mayer hat. As he walks there he sees Kat walking towards him, and they stop near the same place that Leon had met him the night of the Mark Bannon’s...
