Summary
In Chapter 15, Helen remembers being questioned by Muslims about pieces she had written for The Daily Monthly. The pieces had questioned religious tenets. Helen fears that she will become a target for religious oppression as executed by the government.
In Chapter 16, Imran thinks of his time as a guerrilla fighter in Kashmir training to fight Indian soldiers. After the Muslim fighters began to murder the less religious guerrillas, he stole a motorcycle and left.
