Mickey puts Detective Mark Whitten, the lead detective on the Gloria Dayton murder, back on the stand. Mickey asks Whitten if any phones were found at Gloria Dayton’s apartment. Mickey wants to know if Whitten ever got phone records for the one phone that Gloria used that was not a disposable. Whitten admitted he had, but La Cosse has already been arrested. So, he did not feel it was pertinent.
