Summary

In Chapter 3, Sarah and Mali swim in the pool each morning. One day, Mali calls Sarah and asks to go for lunch at a luxury tea emporium. They meet, and discuss love. Mali says she is dating an older Japanese man who bought her a puppy.

After lunch, they go to a bookstore where Mali wanted to look for something. Afterwards, Mali suggests they go shopping as she thinks Sarah needs new clothes.

Afterwards, Mali takes Sarah to a spa called Divana that she frequents as a respite from the city. There, Mali asks Sarah if she can watch Whiskey, Mali’s puppy, for the weekend as her and her boyfriend are going away. Sarah reluctantly agrees.
