Summary

Part 4 begins with an email to the Crystal Academy prospective families, instructing them on how and when to turn in their portfolios.

In Chapter 51, Rose decided to turn in the project the Emmas had done together as part of Q’s individual portfolio. She printed out a new title page without Z’s name and turned it in. Afterwards, she took both girls to gymnastics and then dropped Z off. She went inside to return Samantha’s dress, and ran into Kev, who looked drunk and angry. When she walked out, she ran into Samantha, who said they were considering pulling out of the Academy admissions because of all the backlash.

In Chapter 52, Beck went to the ALPACA meeting and listened to their arguments against the Academy. He got annoyed with all of the seemingly jealous parents, however, and told them off...
