Summary
The second section, The Easter Bunny, starts three months later in March. An old woman has been shot through her window, caught in the crossfire of the gang war between DeVon and the Dominicans. Malone asks Torres to set up a meeting between him and DeVon, and Torres agrees. Sykes tells Malone he needs to work his sources and find the killer, then reminds Malone that he still needs to stop the big gun buy, and then tells Malone that he is adding a new guy to his team, Dave Levin. Malone is very upset about this and suspects that Levin is a spy.
The newly assembled team goes to the street and Malone finds a heroin addict named Oh No Henry who says that he heard that the gangs DeVon had unified and ruled over were starting to...
